巴基斯坦总理伊姆兰·汗日前来华出席了第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛，这是去年１１月他访华后不到半年再次来到中国。有媒体问及，中巴之间频密的高层交往传达出什么信号？对此，耿爽表示：“巴基斯坦是中国全天候战略合作伙伴。借用伊姆兰·汗总理的话，我们两国是‘铁哥们’。作为‘铁杆’朋友，双方始终在涉及彼此核心利益问题上坚定相互支持，我们也始终把巴基斯坦置于中国外交的优先方向。中方赞赏巴基斯坦政府和人民坚决打击恐怖和极端主义，以及为此作出的巨大努力和牺牲，呼吁国际社会客观、公正看待巴方在反恐领域所作努力和贡献，同巴方加强对话与合作。下阶段，中方愿同巴方深化高层交往和相互支持，加强战略沟通，在共建‘一带一路’框架内推进各领域合作高质量发展，同时密切在国际地区事务中协调与合作，把两国全天候战略合作不断推向深入。”
