the actual opposition could be a lot more than 1% if we cast a vote right now. Covid symptoms seem to be random, for one person it's only throat pain for 2 days but for another it could mean lying in ICU for 2 weeks, no one can say for certain that they are not in the vulnerable 1%. besides, the vulnerables may also have overcautious family members who don't want to take any chances
