I am talking facts. If not India is not a competitor of China. We would have long win the tender. Our HSR contract with Turkey, Macedonia, Russia, Indonesia, UK and Sweden speaks for itself. Even German HSR start to source parts from China for their own HSR. There shows the quality.

Becos India is China rival, thats why you won. :enjoy: Why would China help a rival?
What?? Help? It's business...India is the largest market for infrastructure by far!!

.
Buddy, in the past month we secured $11 billion. Back to business. ;)

LMFAO! The more we will consume the Indian market then. At your loss. Remember India is 1.25 BILLION. BILLION.

Your loss is our gain.

:)
 India is only a 2.2 trillion economy and the red tape is notorious. We are happy you won. Good luck :enjoy:

There are still plenty of good market in Europe waiting for China to make a clean sweep in HSR. Our future export is bright :enjoy:

China will only help in industries widely available, like highly specialise export. It will depend case to case basic. Like the Delhi Metro, it is an industries many can do it. So might as well the money goes into our pocket. But HSR is a different beast. Only a few selected can do it.

You fail to understand that Indians also save their money. India is actually an EXTREMELY RICH nation. Indians are not known to lavishly spend , rather, they also are keen to save. You may think they are 'poor'. Do not judge a book by its cover.

.
Then why didn't you offer lower bids than japan?
The issue is not about a lower bid. The issue is financing. You want us to finance your HSR and we said no. We said "you have money, you pay, we build". We are not Japan who is risking their fund to finance your HSR because they fail to win contract abroad. We are not desperate like Jpan to win HSR. As mentioned, we have multiple deals in place (from rich to poor country). The poor one, we can finance like Thailand and Indonesia. The rich one with money like UK, Sweden, Russia, they can pay for it.

If they have money, why are you financing their HSR? LOL

. . . .
Btw, I want to make sure the Indian understands these things..

1. The Japan finance term, their loan specially is based on Yen currency. While our finance term we offer to Indonesia and Thailand are USD dollar. That's why 2% USD loan is more favorable than a 0.1% Japanese Yen loan.

2. We didn't lower our bid because why should we? Our guarantee of HSR operation is much faster and we have more experience in building all kinds of terrain. We also provider faster service. As you know, with fast service, you pay more.

3. We didn't offer good finance term because unlike other country, India got money (like our Nihon friend just said).. so you should pay for it rather than us risking our money to finance your HSR.

4. The risk of India HSR investment is enormous due to red tape, indiscipline, and also lack of seriousness.

. .
Its called doing business? To secure a contract...make a offer neither the competitor can beat nor the customer can refuse!!! Spot on japan!!
Problem is that HSR deal, nobody is competing. The Japanese competes against themselves. Though, their finance term is still not comparable to Indonesia offer. They only offer that good of a deal to Indonesia because of our involvement. Since this deal, we didn't involve. They really don't have to offer financing 50% of the cost. This just prove a desperate move from our Japanese counterpart.
