Don't be a frog in a well，rat in Vietnam is as popular as chicken in your country.and in China it is hard to find restaurants that sells rat,so i didnt have a chance to try.

the government should implement laws to give handsome rewards to whistle blowers who can provide valid info leading to more crackdowns

it is another area of absolutely ZERO tolerance
