Hmm, the Chinese didn't find the F-22 suspicious, or any number of other U.S. military systems. I presume the difference is that China has failed to steal the plans for the X-37B, whereas it succeeded for the other weapons systems.

One must admit that a 15 month autonomous mission is pretty impressive. Is it military? Undoubtedly, but probably sensors, not active weapons.

If the human race has a space war, the crap that would envelope the earth in orbit could make space inaccessible for decades or hundreds of years. We MUST not use ASAT weapons... our future depends upon it!

Chinese students have explained to me that as long as nothing physical is taken no theft has occurred. Thus their propensity to copy everything and present it as their own while at the same time protecting their own creative thought, thus hampering creative group endeavors.
