If you have identified the problem already, then the solution is a no-brainer. I'm quite sure the corporate training programs can churn out a some guys well-trained in English and other languages. It's not like it's some precious mineral resources and you can't have it.

I suggest that Indian banks also use Alibaba solution, so that they can save a huge amount of money and get super performance

I have experience using India call center service previously. I nearly cry. The call center bitch (Indian call center ladies are BIG BIG asxhole compared to guys) would just hang my phone up, or ask me to wait -- indefinitely.

India doesn't care the pharmacy IP of western countries, and thus they develop from copycat.
the issue is that China has to protect pharmacy IP, which is in WTO rules.
This is really a bad deal signed by Chinese govt, which make a lot of Chinese patients die due to lacking money for expensive medicines. Many Chinese experts are discussing on how to appeal on this rule with humanitarian excuse.

besides, Indian companies can easily find indian poor ppl for Human subject research, in China this is hard.
