I don't really care what China support, if it is up to me, I would abolish the entire UN to begin with. The problem is, would China really be okay with Multipolar world? Or more straight to a point, would China be okay with a Militarised Asia? Nominally Japan, South Korea, Philippine or to some lesser extend Australia or Indonesia?? All of these countries depends on US as their security Guarantee, with US being dethrone on their unipolar world, these countries cannot depends on the US anymore as the US will retreated back to their side of the Pacific, just because the US retreated, that does not mean the security for Japan, SK and Philippine is not important and can be abandoned with, which mean these three countries, along with almost everyone from Malaysia to Brunei will start their own militarisation, which mean what China now will go from dealing with one single major power, when US is in charge, to China will be dealing with several regional power. What if they form a strategic alliance to go against China?

Just because US withdraw from Asian side of the Pacific, that does not mean those country I mention will not challenge China or simply live under it. This is what you failed to see.

Dollar is another issue. Unless you can come up with another currency as stable as dollar, you cannot replace dollar as world currency even if we are to enter into a multipolar world.

Any single currency that can Challege the dollar would itself have to deflate to a point where they can take a lot of debt but won't sink, there aren't any currency that can do that at this moment.

Rare earth ores are mined and sent to China for refining. China has low-cost rare earth extraction technology. And environmentally friendly.

China has mastered rare earth minerals and refining technology, and does not pursue high profits. Who can make up his mind to invest hundreds of billions of dollars to fight a lasting price war with China? The cost of production in China is lower.
