What are you trying to hint? no video recording for the cycling event in the olympic or the judge is right to overturn a decision without even the need to ascertain for themselves first or consult with the others especially someone has already voiced the request to review the clip?

　新华社伦敦8月3日奥运专电(记者刘宁王亚&#23439中国自行车队3日在场地自行车馆召开媒体见面会，表示将向国际自盟和国际奥委会(微&#21338提起申诉。

　　在2日晚的2012年伦敦奥运会场地自行车团体竞速赛中，中国女队在决赛战胜德国队视频集锦-场地自行车争先赛 中国因犯规丢金媒体来源：CCTV.COM的情况下，被判犯规，获得银牌。

　　中国自行车队在申诉书中称，“在场地女子团体竞速赛中，郭爽(微&#21338和宫金杰(微&#21338在预赛和资格赛中分别以32秒447和32秒422的成绩两次打破世界纪录，并在决赛中以32.617秒的成绩获得冠军。但由于被裁判判为犯规而降为亚军。当时中国自行车队和运动员恪守奥林匹克精神，服从了当时裁判的判决，并参加了颁奖仪式，体现了中国运动员良好的精神风貌和体育道德。事后，我们认真观看了现场的比赛录像，研究分析了团体竞速赛比赛的规则。因女子团体竞速是第一次被列为奥运会场地比赛项目，规则并不完善，并没有具体关于判犯规的规定，也没有从规则当中找出来中国运动员违规的依据。”

　　中国场地自行车队教练莫雷龙说：“中国队根本没有犯规，我认真看了比赛的视频，郭爽和宫金杰都没有犯规。”

　　伦敦奥运会主办方在赛后的成绩报告里给出的官方解释是“中国队提前接力(EARLYRELAY)被取消成绩”依据的是规则第3部分第2章的第153条，但并没有明确具体说明中国队是怎样犯规，只是指出中国队犯规同英国女队一样都是提前接力(EARLYRELAY)。

　　中国自行车队在申诉书中指出，“我们认真研究了规则3.2.153：1.第一圈运动员不能在15米线(终点线前15&#31859前打道。2.第一圈运动员不能在15米线(终点线后15&#31859后打道。3.两名运动员之间不能出现推挤。”

　　莫雷龙说：“郭爽和宫金杰都没有违反以上任何一条规定，我们观看了视频，她们的比赛没有任何问题。”

　　中国自行车队在申诉书中同时表示，“我们观看了视频，中国运动员没有出现以上三种违规情况，并没有找出中国运动员犯规的依据。裁判在比赛现场已经公布了中国队成绩第一，名次第一的情况下，又改判中国队降级。现场比赛大屏幕没有进行慢动作回放，当中国队要求裁判观看视频的时候，裁判以不礼貌的态度拒绝了。对此简单没有依据的判罚，我们认为有悖奥林匹克精神，我们要求重新审理，找出充分的规则依据，真正体现出公平公正的体育道德和奥林匹克精神。现在我们按照程序向国际自盟和国际奥委会提起申诉，希望得到公正的裁决和改判。”(&#23436

I'm not trying to hint anything. Everything wanted to say I said already.
Judges sometimes make mistakes about decisions, but in in many sports (despite having access to replays) their decisions stands.
I'm from the UK.

Hmmmm, no offence but I think you guys are too quick to say they are biased.
In loads of sports, we have the technology to see the replays but we do not use them.
The diving for example, the judges do not watch the replays for imperfections. This could lead to results which some people are unhappy with.
But if you have appealed against it, then there is still hope for you.

In diving the highest and lowest scores were cancelled so as to eliminate the impact of prejudice.

Did your guys check first whether there is any similar cases happen to the other country contestant's rooms, or else, it could be a case of pure sabortage or mischief. Only God knows, the culprit might be the indians themselves also. LOLOL...

Indian were no where near.... It was the chinese, brits, russians, aussies, kaz and kenya players who complained it.... i think beef eaters poo smell more then vegeterians.... Its proven by british scientists (god knows how they proved that).... Beef eaters emit even more carbondiaoxide. Google it....

The London Olympic is a shame in the Olympic history, everything has been doomed before the stupid，boring opening ceremony。
It is racist game towards the Non-white races, it is a mess.
The incompetence of management and injustice of the competitions show the sun setting country is only a joke，
