China cautions India,Vietnam Offers 2 More Oil Blocks in South China Sea to India

It has been made official, Vietnam and India has signed the oil exploration agreement:

India signs up for Vietnam oil

New Delhi: Virtually daring China, India on Tuesday bit the bullet and signed a pact with Vietnam to participate in two more oil exploration blocks in “Vietnamese waters” in the South China Sea.

India dismissed China's warning and signed the agreement. The ball is now in China's court.

India is about to suffer another humiliation after Chumar. Modi loves to be humiliated in public after boasting.

We have been playing the border game for long. Do something new, will you???

Economy isn't everything, the day the bamboo curtain falls will be the day outside world will truly know what horrors lie within - the present glimpse of thousands of executions every year, with thousands more on death row, violent crushing of dissidence, millions in labor camps, state controlled media, single party rule, millions working as internet slaves working for the propaganda ministry spreading lies, lack of voice is probably just a fraction of what the reality actually is.
Okay,You win this words game.Bias can never washed clean by words.
I hope one day you will be able to go China and live or have a journey for some time.:coffee:
Whether you like it or not China did copy a lot of its stuff from west that is the truth....

You live in a communist nation and you are saying you have a freedom of speech???? That's a news to me...

Regarding the point about poverty.....tell me how many communist nation is still alive in this world and how many are rich and self satisifying its own needs????
:coffee:Can you understand the difference between "learning" and "copy"?Can you understand the strategy of "import, digestion, absorption and innovation"?Maybe you just understand buying technology and use it.
Firstly,if freedom of speech means you can smear others as you want, sorry ,we haven't.And if you have evidence, you can accuse anybody. Many gov officers was put into prison because of people' report with evidence.

Secondly, what I said is to indicate that democracy isn't equal to superiority. Both communism and capitalism have its shortcoming. You can't say whatever, whenever, wherever democracy is much better. What we need to focus on is the outcome of the political system.Chinese political system is different from anyone on the world. And our goal is to build a civilized collectively prosperous and strong republicanism country. Not every democracy country is rich, nor communist country.China is not rich enough at all.We have a long way to finish the goal.

Historical and geographical differences cause much disgust to China. So that I come this web to correct some false during spare time.

China to Train '50-Cent Army' in Online Propaganda

yeah .... we know how you are here .....:lol:

Your words prove that you never come to China and even know nothing about China's reformation.
Many medias told you that Chinese gov is corrupt, dominating and control people's actions and mind. But China also has achieved great success in economic, technology, ect.
Have you think that "how a behindhand political system create such brilliant achievement " ?Because the easy words "copy and paste"?
Have you think "why democracy and free can't help more people get rid of poverty and live in equality, dignity and happiness"?

Almost all the countries that are selected best to live in 2014 are democratic ...... there goes down your lie down the drain .

I was really expecting a troll post from you but you showed you are mature member in this forum and I really thank god for that....

I am not the only one who is saying that Chinese are copying whole world says I will provide you a sample link for that...

Russia infuriated with Chinese export copies of Su-27 jet fighters - English pravda.ru

This link might be old but still proves you rely on copying and hacking western countries technology....Yes India is the largest importer of weapons but thinks are changing they are also trying to do the same thing which China is doing now...Copy and paste....

Comparing communism with democracy you can see Europeans have achieved so much coz they are democractic....

I would argue that democracy is much better than communism because we people have right to choose...But you really don't have that...and you are speaking about outcomes communism is very good in implementation of a plan but the outcomes are flawed (not always) because of corrupt officials who cannot probed....but in demoncracy there is a way to probe.....

You do seem to be a non troll member from China. I hope you understand that since most Indians deal with chinese trolls in pdf, the natural assumption is that you are one too.

Really reallyy realllyy do Indian politicians really think that they can go in China's den and mine oil??? Really, for how long?? How long will superpower Vietnam protect us. This deal won't materialize. We all know it.

Messing with China in Chinese waters is a dangerous game. Similarly, messing with India in Indian waters is dangerous. India is trying to play with fire.

Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi has on Tuesday signed seven agreements and in one of them Vietnam has offered two more oil blocks for exploration in the disputed South China Sea.

This decision is likely to irk China, which has always been against India's oil exploration projects in the South East Sea, which China considers as "Chinese waters." Despite Chinese objection, both sides signed the agreement along with other areas including "science & technology, culture & education, tourism."

"I thanked Prime Minister for Vietnam's commitment to collaboration with India in its oil and gas sector and its additional offer of exploration blocks. We will continue to deepen our cooperation in this sector and associated downstream industry," Zee News quoted Modi as saying.

On his two-day diplomatic tour in India, Dung not only offered more oil blocks, but also allowed India to let its naval ships pass through the South East Sea, where China has raised its objection to the Indian presence.

On Monday, he sought India's support to extend help to settle disputes in the South East Sea. In September, China had asked India to remove its naval ship INS Airavat, on its way to Vietnamese port, from South China Sea, according to The Times of India report.

Brunei, the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam have been in dispute over island and maritime claims on the South China Sea.

To settle these disputes peacefully, Dung has asked India to support other nations. He said "Vietnam hopes that India, with its increasingly important role, will make positive and responsible contributions to the maintenance of peace and stability in the region and the world."

"The proper settlement of disputes in the East Sea for peace, stability, maritime security and safety and freedom of navigation in the region is in the common interest of countries in the region and beyond," Dung told PTI in an interview.

"In that spirit, Vietnam hopes that India, as a major power in the region and the world, will actively support the parties concerned to peacefully resolve all disputes, refrain from actions that may further complicate the situation, thus contributing to the maintenance of peace, stability, maritime security and safety and freedom of navigation in the East Sea," he added.

China cautions India on Vietnam overture

China has cautioned India against accepting the visiting Vietnamese Prime Minister's call for New Delhi to play an active role in the South China Sea, saying on Tuesday that the dispute in the waters was to be resolved only by countries "directly involved". On a visit to New Delhi, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung was quoted as saying that he hoped India, as a major power in the region, would "actively support" countries involved to solve the dispute peacefully.

Hehehehehehehe!!!!!!!! Another warning???

Is the the last or Final last??

if we're 50-cent army, India certain train a "5 cent army" sincce your economy is much less than us...:D

I got banned for voicing my factual opinion in parliamentary language on another two similar Chinese threads, guess that the concept of free intelligent speech is alien to the Chinese which I'm used to in a democracy like India. Speak the truth about something China doesn't like, and voila you're banned, how typical truth suppression communist behaviour.. LOL

But I don't care, that when my country gives me the right to freely criticize any of my leaders, Gandhi, Nehru, Manmohan, Modi, whoever I want, as and when I want, however much I want, who are the Chinese to tell me whether to criticize them or not. After all I'm not standing in Tiananmen square about to be crushed the mighty PLA tanks.. :p:

It goes like this, if I'm Chinese then:

I can't elect my own government.

I can't criticise my own government.

My own media can't cover any issues which are not approved by the communist party.

I can't search my own internet for topics not approved by the communist party.

I can't claim any of my own fundamental right which even animals have in other countries in my non existent judiciary.

I can't change my city or district of my own residence without restrictions.

I can't even have more than one child of my own if I want, because the communist party said so.

And the list goes on and on and on.......

If I try to peacefully protest against all this in Tiananmen square, in my own capital, my own army, the mighty PLA (the bravest army in the world) will courageously run me over with their large tanks.

Citizens in democracies like India and the west might have all these rights. But my Chinese army is the bravest, my Chinese communist government is the fairest, my Chinese judiciary is most just, my Chinese media is not regulated, my Chinese voting rights are the best, my internet searches in China are not censored, my Chinese fundamental rights are the freest, my Chinese sibling-less family structure is the the most healthy, my Chinese freedom is the only true freedom on this earth....

Democracies like India and the west are all about false propaganda and their citizens are all slaves and Chinese are the only free people in the world, free to think, free to act, free to question.

And if I write utter crock like this, my divine communist party won't put me in jail, my mighty PLA won't run me over bravely with their large tanks, and I won't get banned from any thread run by the communist party.. LOL

Not sure how long before I get banned from this thread too, the previous two I can't even view anymore, as if facts are going to change by banning me from particular threads. Speak some embarrassing facts for the Chinese and it's a sure shot way of getting banned, as they can't bear to hear any critical truth. Chinese sure have a hilarious ostrich syndrome of burying head in sand, and hoping everything will go away.. :p:

I feel so sorry that you got banned :cray:

no worries buddy, I don't mind at all because I can understand an abusive troll being banned, but banning due to an inability to argue intelligently and civilly exposes a Chinese insecurity to take any justified criticism that is threatening to their identity.. :-)
