China was never fighting alone in korea. It’s true China supplied most of the forces but North Korea and soviet equally helped soviets specially giving u a massive fleet of aircraft and military equipment that was on par with the west . Still total strength was close to 2.7 million soldiers

- if soviets didn’t had its hand on China with its technology, tanks, fighter jets, soldiers, intelligence u best believe all 2.7 million would’ve been death casualties

Same way most of the forces were South Korea but US supplied all the equipment and aircraft . Even with all the guise total strength was close to 1.5-1.7 million

Which also means that your domestic population isn’t rich enough yet to sustain its own economy . Like for example Germany, US or the developed economies

China must recognize that the coming war, will be a war of attrition. It will be a nuclear war and it will destroy most if not all, military hardware and facilities.
