This is probably fake news but even if it isn't, does the US first send it's shipment to China and from there to India! What kind of a stupid title is that! China doesn't have the capability to block a shipment that goes from the US to India.
But ofcourse what they mean is China made equipment not US made, even if is a US company since it is made in China then China can just do whatever it is that it wants, and if you don't like it well then go pound sand, go and start tweeting about how you will boycott China LOL. In fact Indians always said they want to boycott made in China so if China delays a medical shipment then they are just helping you from there side to boycott their products.
