on google earth they found some so called ghost cities in China,but the truth is China sometime build new cities for people living in unsustainable mountainous areas or earthquake active zones.those cities are build strictly to the city planning.every year many of those cities were built.some photos just show the cities when they were just about to be finished,before anyone being moved in.western propaganda will seize every opportunity to attack China,China has the biggest popualtion in the world and the urbanization has just started.it is far from housing saturation.

Small Kids around China, Like south korea, vietname, pillpines are so noisy. Chinese dont even pay attention to them.

What is with the so many empty cities being created ?

It doesn't matter even if they are empty.

China has far greater housing demand than supply, and those "empty cities" are being maintained with the utmost care to keep their property values high.

The US on the other hand has a glut of housing supply, depressed house prices that will never return, baby boomers about to dump their houses, and all of that is away from public transport. It has gotten so bad that Fannie mae wants to bulldoze houses to raise prices.

LOL empty cities in China...you forgot China has got biggest population in the world,sooner or later this all would be full with people ,

IMO it makes sense because Chinese population is decreasing and in the future most of the population would be living in these cities.This is how it`s gonna be every where in the world. People living in megacities.Great work by China , an example for rest of us.

You should know that VN and China have same political system , if you have real estate bubble or toxic food etc then so do we . But our problems are much smaller than China and some rich industrialized nations like Japan -US can easily bail us out and helping us to grow the good crops for healthy food.
