Praying 5 times a day, loud azan, fasting in Ramadan, wearing modestly, going to Hajj. CCP has made all these things a crime and no Uighur has the permission to be a Muslim or he will face punishment from the Chinese god (dog i mean) ie Xi Jinping by being thrown into concentration camps where what goes on is anyone's guess.

Balochistan has no issue. Only filthy Indians are trying to create a separatist movement but Balochis are patriots and they don't want to be part of Hindu filth. We caught Indian spy Kalbushan who was involved in bomb blasts and other terrorism activities.

Islam considers life a precious thing no matter if its of a Muslim or Mushrik. So there are very very very strict conditions before it becomes permissible to kill someone. One of that condition is that a nobody like me can't declare Islamic Jihad and i am also not allowed to fight if i know for certain i will die without any chance of getting back alive (which is why suicide bombing is haram). Rather, it requires an established authority such as head of state ie Imran Khan or General Bajwa to declare Jihad.

This is unlike Chinese who consider Uighurs life useless and feel like they can rape, murder, torture and do as they please.

1st you stole their land forcefully, then you censored them from using their language, culture, literature, then you eventually allowed them to enjoy "great life of communism in China" after they were beaten down so much and werent resisting you anymore, JUST like you're doing with Uighurs now..but 2019 is different and China is alot smarter and richer,so the "program" for Uighurs is different than decades ago with Tibet.
