Media, banking, telecommunications and education should be firmly under government control. These are the 4 areas the foreign vultures are looking to control China with using privatisation of these sectors.

- ban education institutions from profit oriented selling of shares to investors
They do not ban commercial private institutions.

They are doing the exact opposite of that coping mechanism phrase trolls keep parotting to rationalize Chinas success because it contradicts everything they like to claim about CPC incompetence and Chinese commmunism failing. They regulate and prevent captalism to take over control and direction of one of the pillars of the nation and create a dangerous dependence on whims of unregulated and unqualified private decission makers who may and by nature of capitalim are coerced not to prioritize the wellbeing of the nation but profits to create monopolies and fleece as much money out of people for as little "service" as possible rather than the mythos of providing quality and innovation.

The kind of capitalism where McDonalds and Coca Cola run kindergardens and schools in South American and end up turning the nation physically sick where the only one unscathed people are some profitering billionaire living in some mansion on some U.S. occupied island in the Pacific and other U.S. investors. The kind of capitalism where Amazon, Apple and Google use their monopoly to exploit small vendors or deliberately undermine their business if they try to be independent with every possible bad business practice they can get away with without, exactly, government regulation stopping them.
