dont know about years before. currently, mostly from mainland china companies round-tripping through HK to take advantage of special preferential treatment given to HK by china. this trick is very well known. just check incoming HK fdi statistics. i believe taiwan given this similar treatment too. you know the reason for that...

Well coming to the topic,the chinese should be more careful about missionary evangelical activity in china.
Last time i saw there were many non official church congregations in apartments,it might look like a party or gathering but they engage in evangelical conversions ,which ultimately leads to unrest.
