But i understand though. Since i know the chinese(and many asians) like to show off with everything western.lool i see many of them here shopping in oxford circus, picadilly etc, they love over expensive luxury western products and will pay any price for it(even if we tripled them.lool). Sometimes i just and when I see that. items/cloths i wont buy even if i was a billionnaire. In fact nobody here even gives a damn about the type of cloths you wear nor the jewelries you put on.lool. maybe they buy it to show off when they get back to china. Lool

If its western, it looks good. Same as in Japan; there is almost a 'superior' feel of western made products. My first year in the US, I was obsessed about eating 'American style' food. Then i realize that there really no such thing as a purely 'American' style food, but a hodgepodge of cultural dishes. One of my most favored dishes was Spaghetti and meatballs, you know? In Japan as a child growing up i always saw movies of Americans eating spaghetti and always thought it was some kind of Amerikajin food. Turns out, especially here in south jersey, its actually ITALIAN. lol

By the way, I do love Italian cuisine. Flavorful, yet oily. lol.

I'm sure when this theme park opens it will service not only Chinese customers, I'm sure there will be Japanese customers as well as Koreans coming to visit. It beats having to fly to Universal Studios in Orlando some 20 hours away (by plane).

It is a huge waste of money , we should use this money to improve our comminities' facility.

Build more parks around the whole city , not just build a huge park like this.

Because Vietnamese people don't like western culture? Can you honestly say that with a straight face? So given what we've established - that Vietnamese people love western culture - who are you, as a Viet, to judge what an infinitely more prosperous China does? Hypocrisy much?

Btw, my comment about Vietnam's dismal human development is not far fetched. Vietnam would look much better if it were part of Africa. Then at least, you'd be better than at least 3 or 4 countries there. Ok maybe just 3 African countries. Rather than be the worst of the worst in Asia.
