I think that is a good attitude. No point getting hung up on a word, that too what a foreigner uses. Many U.S. media use Authoritarian, Totalitarian etc., words to describe communist countries. I don't see them as negatives. In a developing nation lack of Authoritarianism leads to chaos and lack of Totalitarianism leads to slow or lack of development.
