China and India which country is more democratic: the richer the country is the more democratic it

True,Chinese have much more freedom to do things.(except vote,but citizens can join 网络问政,decide and force government to do things,such as reduce pollution.)

American or Indian love saying that they can abuse leaders...
Umm,how can they conclude that Chinese can't?

People even talk about political democracy in Weibo.
But Indian tend to say that Chinese don't have freedom..

How about we just put it this way:

Indian has democracy, but nothing else;
China has everything, but democracy.

Yes, they are two different things. Individual liberty doesn't necessarily mean democracy, it is the foundation, just one element of it, because without control it could be harmful and lawless to the civil world. So, in any country, extreme liberty results to social disorders, and the range of individual liberty is always constrained by law and convention. In democracy countries, while people are enjoying freedom, they have to undertake relevant responsibilities, to build the law and make the community more orderly regulated, so the general liberty will not be affected by extreme and lawless free acts by some groups.
100 % agree,that is way i do believe in chines system more than Indian democracy ,
in democracy growth may effect very badly because of negative politics,multiple party and their party interest,dividing society for vote bank ,which India presently is going through
