China and India’s 2,000-year manufacturing reign

Seriously? You have not even come 1% close to proving that there was such a thing as India in history.

India was simply a geographical term used to describe the region around the Indus River.

And both the Indus River, as well as the Indus Valley Civilization... are based in what is now modern-day Pakistan.

India was a British name given to various unrelated peoples, such as subcontinent Indians, Red Indians, West Indians, etc.
Both of these names were a mistake caused due to Columbus, who in pursuit of India reached America by mistake and called it's natives "Indians". Similiarly, he mistakenly named the carribean natives as Indians too. But later when the west and the East india trading companies began , the name , "West Indies" stuck.

And dude, please wake up!!You can see mentions of "Hindustan" in the memoirs of various scholars, kings and poets , like Chanakya, Ibn Batuta and even a chinese traveller and pilgrim whose name I am not able to recall...............I'll just look him up and get back to you.

.
@CD Yes its true that india was not united at that time. But its united now and it has become larger, stronger and that gives ur corrupted leaders countless sleepless nights. so no time for enjoy buddy, raise ur military budget.

First sensible post in 3 pags.
Why does it take so long for you Indians to acknowledge what is clearly true?
You people turn everything into an ego war and end up trolling.

Thank you for finally admitting to true history that in fact India only became a nation in 47 and for thousands of years it was merely a group of warring states.

.
China never existed as a nation in its entire history, it was foreigners like Mongols who united China as a nation.

This is how China looked in the past

and this is what China look today.

I can't see China ever existed in the Past. China was not even united between 1911-1949 because warlords had their de-facto territories in different parts of China.
how dare they claim on parts of Kashmir and AP! :flame:

Indus Valley civilisation followed early vedic Hinduism, and it was it's people that later migrated to the Ganges plains..........
Either you can forsake your foreigner muslim heritage, accept that you are a country of converts and embrace your IVC and Ganges civilisation heritage
OR
you can keep claiming your descent from Taimur, nadir shah and Babur, and forsake your IVC heritage.........

You have to CHOOSE , you can't be both:lol:

.
This is a historical fact:

"India is merely a geographical expression. It is no more a single country than the Equator."

- Winston Churchill

Indians themselves admit this on this own sites when there are no foreigners around.

The subcontinent was only very rarely ruled by a Central Authority, most of their history they existed as separate kingdoms with no Central Authority.

Kingdoms like those of Ashoka were anomalies, they did not succeed any state, and no state succeeded them. No state succeeded his and claimed to be the same nation, in fact no state succeeded his at all.

dont know about what one fool said... but for those who cme to this forum.. u r source of much pleasure and fun

Pakistan is a unique country where the origins of great civilizations and religions are found in abundance. Civilizations as old as 7000 BC and origins of Buddhism at Taxila and northern areas, besides the remains of Rehman Dheri Site (4000 - 3300 BC) and the famous Indus Valley civilizations abound Pakistan. The area which is now under present day Pakistan has seen traders and invaders both from south (Arabian Sea), from north, west and northwest (Iran and Afghanistan) and travellers from China, besides the marching armies of the Alexander of Macedonia, Mongols and Moguls that trampled and conquered the lands now in Pakistan. The last foreign domination was that of the British that brought an end to the Muslims rule of Moguls, till the fateful day of 14 August 1947 when Pakistan emerged as a Muslim state on the world map to usher in the Muslim rule once again.

Seen in this perspective, the archaeological remains date back to the Mehrgarh civilization that thrived about 7000 BC, a period that coincides with the Egyptian civilization. Thus there is wide variety of architectural structures and their remains describing how history unfolded in this part of the world, and what remains of the earlier civilizations, Buddhist origins, Hindu, Muslim and British architecture. A discovery in 1920-21 in general area Sahiwal, Pakistan first unearthed the presences of Harappan period remains and then there was no ending. The excavations continued to unearth architecture of Harappa, Taxila, Moenjodaro, Kot Diji, Takht Bhai, Rehman Dheri and Hund. And more was yet to come when in the desolate and treeless vast tracts of Balochistan, the remains of one of the oldest civilization of the world, Mehrgarh were discovered. With such a rich archaeological treasure, Pakistan is proud to be the possessor of some of the oldest and rare archaeological heritage of the world..

History of Pakistan starts from 1947. The name Pakistan was itself coined in 1930's

.
india for the vast majority of history referred to a geo-graphical area, not a single unified political entity, the areas comprising Pakistan have always been largely separate for the majority of that history.

Perfect example of Identity crisis. So as per your logic, if some of the Rom Empire remaings rae found in todays Austria or Hugry, then it means that people of Austria and Hungry are real Romans. USSR got broken few decade back where Russian culture was dominant, so if after few centuries, people from Ukrain and other small coutries will start claiming to be true Russians.
Hope tomorow some one does not digs out some juraisc fossils in Pakistan. If it happens then by this logic, these people will start calling dianos as there ansesters.
