China and India : Brothers at Odds Who Shared the Same Destiny?

@Dungeness @Abotani Loba and Menba are two recognised minorities among China's 55 minorities.
The majority live in occupied regions, only a small proportion live north to LAC.

A sacred lake for Menba and Loba people
They are mostly working for local tourism, a very booming industry in China.
I have been to Tibet in 2011 and I will definitely go there again and again.
The local culture and environment really appeals to me.
The infra north to LAC in Southeastern Tibet has been greatly improved with stable electricity and 4G signals.
I hope u can one day walk around this charming sacred lake, the tradition of local minorities.

She was born in a county north to LAC.
She won the second place of a singing competition.
She has been devoted to promoting Menba's culture and music around China.

Can you guys receive any TV or radio signals from the other side of loc?
Nope,I think the Indian agencies jam the signals.
The earlier generation could catch radio signals once on their sets decades back, not now.Indian Gov discourages chinese media, particularly popular media forms, as much as possible to "save us from propaganda".
Usually only korean or Japanese pop. is tolerated by indians in whole NE,let alone ST.
The only access to Chinese media is when we get to watch Chinese movies dubbed in English broadcast on English medium channels in India.CCTV is being aired for now,but most are unaware of it.

The first video was in monba local language? beautiful voice! In second video she was duel with a Uighur dode. They are good in Mandarin too! Impressive! Both her parents are from monba?

Not even satellite TV?
The satellite TV providers all answer to the Indian Gov and hence are censored.Add to that there are not many consumers of Chinese content in India so naturally they are less inclined to provide such content.
The only reason CCTV hasn't been swatted off is because it doesn't dwell much on PRC's issues with India particularly territorial ones and neither is it used to reach the population in ST.The day CCTV starts doing that,be sure it will disappear from the list of channels provided by Indian DTH companies.
Apart from DTH providers, the facility of satellite TV for independent use is not available TBH.

Why do you need a satellite service provider to receive satellite signal? I know lots of Chinese people just buy a dish and a decoder, and they can receive many signals for free. Is it not allowed in ST?

I don't know the details and the nitty gritty of it,as I am hardly even a layman in this sector, but it is how simply is.
Not even the most affluent of families living in urban areas use a satellite TV for their independent purposes but rather simply get a connection from an Indian service provider.

Maybe it's a lack of technical expertise, maybe Indian interference or one can speculate on if one wants. It is simply how it is.
But yes your point is very valid. It may be discouraged as it would be far cheaper to do that and bypass Indian censorship(which is very subtle and quiet,so most in the world don't notice it)

I think so, some Menba lines.
In the second one, she was with Mongol and Kazakh, not Uighur.
Education is the key, since Mandarin the first widely spoken common tongue.
Just like in America, if u can only speak Chinese, the only job u can do is perhaps washing plates in Chinese eateries.

Yes, both her parents are from Motuo County.
She was born and raised in the capital township of Linzhi prefecture which Motuo belongs to.

You can go look at paintings from Brahmin royality from 2nd Century BC from Ajanta, or look at all the various images of royalty from Ajanta and see that white skin isnt something that's emphasized.
