You must understand that when the launcher is deployed, there are no standing guard firefighters. They are on their own.Thats alot of fire extinguishers.
(Maybe useful when radar overheats, or maybe to reduce signature )
Things must be there for a reason.
No problems at all. The airstream will catch the trooper, gravity will pull him down and the aircraft's forward movement will not create the danger you suspect. It is somewhat redundant to exit the aircraft through the front when the rear ramp is available.Do other country also have paratrooper jumping out the front door? Seems unsafe with the engines behind them.
