CHINA: 22 tons of pig meat sold as halal to Muslims

The silence from the UMMAH gang is deafening..

Such incidents happens even in the umma gangland. Pakistan is one example.

On-topic: being a well known Muslim country, i think Pakistan should seriously look into halal meat market in countries like China, Uk and other EU countries. Its Irony that muslim countries like KSA and others are importing halal meat from non-muslim countries like Brazil.

I seriously doubt this news. I eat both and I can easily differentiate between them. Even though pork is more tasty (for me), there are a lot of visible differences between them. So I don't think anyone can simple sell raw pork meat as beef, unless some disguise or processing is done. :-)

Many of us don't even see pork meat in their life let alone tasting it. So how can they differentiate ? You can because you eat both.

Well that might be true. But still you do recognize beef right ??? :)

I can assure, unless very much artificial ingredients are added or heavy processing is done (not quite sure through) , you can at-least say it is not beef if some one try to sell pork instead. :enjoy:

Well i agree. And it should be the reaponsibility of muslim state to educate its citizens. Or atleast the citizens should educate themselves, ab Google kis din kaam aaye ga. :P

I don't know why Indians are bringing Pakistan into this thread.

Chinese authorities caught (read.. applied law) on illegal selling of pork that was being sold in CHINA as Halal.

It is like Pakistans authorities sometimes catch donkey meat in the guise of beef (because we slaughter so many cows that at some point only donkeys are left as a second option).

Nah knives won't work. It would cut the skin. The object is to remove the feathers without rupturing the skin... Cleaning is the effort herr
