Russians are willing for a ToT+ program but we dont have the capacity to absorb the entire spectrum of ToT. This was discussed a 100 millions times at Chengdu. The topic has gone old and painless for me.

If Egypt wants 100+ JFTs then French may want to jump in to earn some money by selling avionics and engine, it may be good for Egypt as they have French Rafael's and there can be some commonality in systems making it easier to maintain both type of birds.
