Chaudhry Nisar has ‘reservations’ over border post handover

Pak afwaaj is not answerable to anyone
But seriously how can they even do this without informing GOV about it? wth?
All of the armed forces of Pakistan are answerable to the ministry of defence as well as to the president Mamnooon Hussain as he is the C in C of the armed forces of Pakistan.
On topic:The military had no constitutional right to hand over a piece of our land to another country.
This is one of the most stupid decisions ever taken by the army.

.
The day this news appeared, I was dumbfounded and totally confused because a few days ago the Afghans and Pak army were fighting over a border fencing issue and we did a huge keyboard fight :D on pdf in about a dozen of similarly named threads....and then all of the sudden this news come and I was like :hitwall:  ...I'm still trying to make sense out of this decision and now Ch. Nisar's claim and oddly, I have to agree with him :enjoy: until another piece of puzzle drops in.

.
To all emotional fools who are bashing Raheel sharif and Military, That area was part of Afghanistan but Pakistan put it in its own control in 1950s. since then Afghanistan has asked Pakistan to return their area. Now Pakistan has decided to control that post.

With no prior notice? Is the army going to handle our territorial disputes with other countries now?

I hope you do realize that it was a sarcastic comment:sick:

I'm against the handover as well, I have no idea what GHQ was thinking.

Have to agree. What was the military thinking? Handing over our piece of land to a country that just recently escalated tensions at torkham border. What reason was there? If goodwill alone then there are thousand other methods to get goodwill and pretty sure whatever little we got was cut out by the droning of mullah mansour in our territory. The army has to come forward and give a solid reason behind this exchange and why wasn't the govt nor the people informed of this? No prior notice no nothing.

This Was Originally Afghan Territory In Which Pakistan Had Built The Checkpost. For A Long Time Afghan Governernment
Had Requested That Pakistan Hand It Back And Thats What Pakistan Had Done. The Foreign Office Was On Board In This Whole Matter.

Geo news reported that the post has been closed by the Afghanistan after getting it's control with no movement in or out of the border.

first this moron needs to fix the FIA and stop issuing pakistani passports to indian agents, and arrest the nawaz brothers whose mills had the undocuemnted indians in their mills...He never sadia bout the indian RAW agent caught in baluchistan.....

Don't want to say out loud but I am with Ch Nisar on this one. There is a blunt disregard for the institutions to follow hierarchy and correct procedure. Even if the post did belong to Afghanistan what have we gained in return? Did the Afghan promised not to let Afghanistan a breeding ground for anti Pakistan elements or not to play India game or not to bad mouth Pakistan after every attack? If none of the above than screw this fucking brotherly relations that we keep harping over and the other side does not give two hoots.
We gave a part of our land to China, than lost an entire part to India, than Siachen was also lost and the irony is that all of this has happened during military rule. I am beginning to question whether the military is there to protect the motherland or hand it over to who ever lays claim. Our history suggests the latter.

LOL what a country we are , first we gave land to china , then we gave land to Iran , and now we even give land to Afghanistan.

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
My simple question is YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?????????????????????????
And keep this fcking brotherly thing out " Afghan President said Pakistan is not Brotherly nation or country"

This is the result of the holy cow status given to the military. When some civilian questions the GHQ or ISI, the army boot-lickers come howling out like rabid dogs and start labelling everyone traitor etc.

A country where people are demanding a 22-grade government officer i.e., COAS to arrest the Prime Minister, who is going to question them.

Why he just have reservations? It's serious breach, Chief should be sacked for taking such a decision. He is not supposed to protect every inch of land by gifting it like a plot in DHA.

have you read the tweets of bajwa he is showing it as some kind of great achievement. do he think of us Pakistani as phudu (stupid).
