I know ehh seriously what’s India's problem lol Then why is Pakistan investing $500 million in Afghanistan when they done even have enough money to pay of their loans let alone feed their people. Grow up and come back kid.

Correcting someone's usage on a language that isn't their first language isn't a good way to stay on topic and is unfair.

On topic, on of the founding fathers of US, George Washington, said that US should not get entangled in alliances or get involved in overseas commitment. I think that advice needs to heeded by everybody in the world today.

a friend of mine here in US from Afghanistan prefer India over Pakistan.

I think there are dozens other countries who are helping Afghanistan. Pakistan and India are among them. Every country have their own budget and they allocate their budget in different fields, international relations will have money allocated to it just like any other fields, they use that money where they think is necessary. For example Paksitan receives money from America as aid because they need it, i am sure paksitan has also got numerous problems, but they still give $500b to Afghanistan(thanks to pakistan). Iran is also helping quite alot. Western city of Herat and Balkh look very advanced compare to the other parts of country because of iranian help( Herat and Balkh along with kabul are having very high rate of literacy historically which is another factor for the rapid progress there). India is also constructing a highway between Dalaram(Farah province) and Zaranj(Nimroz Province) which can connect Afghanistan to ports of Iran and this will make our life alot easier(i am not sure if this road is completed yet). So everybody is helping afghanistan and trust me people of that country appreciate it all.
