Please, Please, Indian Friends, tell me this is just a sick joke. I cannot bring myself to believe that a former Minister would utter such a thing.

There is a fine line between Free Speech and Agitation for Terrorism. I just cannot bring myself to believe that a Muslim, more than that, an appointed Minister of the Republic of India could say something like this. He should know better, given his history as a politician.

Firstly he was a minister in the state of UP(he's not one anymore), he became a minister because of his religion & his loyalty to the then CM.
If I'm not wrong he had some sort of allegations of corruption against him.

& I'm sorry to say this isn't a joke & trust me when I say this, there are muslim politicians in India who have said & done far worse things than this one has.

Don't see this often in the States. If he was offering money before the crime he'd be guilty of first-degree murder. Can he be charged with that after the crime? Or of being an accessory or fellow-traveler?
