Centre targets CAG on 2G spectrum figures, asks where is the 1, 76,000 cror

Nope buddy. That 1.76 lakh crore figure was bought based 3G auctions. CBI said a fig of 30000 crore, which is a more possible figure.
Sensationalism have made this serious issue and as PC said days before "Indian telecom story is now not a story which we can talk proudly to the world".
Before that every country looked at success of Indian telecom. CAG doc became a gun for opposition, who opposes for the sake of opposition. This is what i hate. A opposition should be responsible. But they are too involving in cheap publicity and vote share.

Let us agree with you on the figure of amount to eliminate the argument. So if there is a scam worth 30k crore. is it a small amount ? should we not worry about this ? should we allow those scumbags to guzzle this money for the pride of our telecom sector ? should opposition or public not raise the voice ? dose it means the guilty has been harassed and suppressed because the CAG has erred on its figure of amount ?

I never said 30k is a small amount. Raja is corrupt and so are many guilty.
But u see, the recent auctions "price" were based on CAG estimate and TRAI recommendations. The price was too high that it have failed.
Moreover u had no idea how the politicians made 1.76 number a big one.
During TN elections, a useless politician in ma area, was saying " 1.76 lakh crore is a big one. If govt had got that money, each and every person in India would get 1 lakh rupees. "
Now see, I am educated and so i know, what he say is not true. But what about poor and uneducated masses?
Media sensationalism of this issue have been a big problem. Indian Telecom sector is in decline cos of this. No FDI have come in Telecom sector in last few years. And Companies are in losses. Govt is not allowed to take decisions.

It now seems really CAG method is flawed. !.76 lakh crores was based on presumption.
But opposition got hold of it for political advantages.
The embarassment is govt got less money now than what it got in 2008

Nope buddy. Just see from the losses the telecom companies are making from 3 G auctions. They are still in debt and unable to find profit. This means the majority of population still uses the 2G to a great extent.
As to my knowledge me and my friends still use 2G, inspite of costly mobiles, cos 3G rates are too high.
I can understand the price and consumerism will not be the same as 3 years back, but still they form the backbone.
I am not a supporter of a congress, i am just trying to be rational . We shouldnt oppose everything just for the sake of opposing(like BJP )
