its not literacy rates dude, karak is not the most educated district of Pakistan
it focuses more on the infrastructure of a school district

Wikipedia stats are not always accurate and anyone can edit them and it's hard to believe KPK is close to 100 lol. Women are 50% of the population and of that how many have had education and have infrastructure in place for their accommodation? Pashtun culture is very conservative and it's not like Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir and Punjab which are miles ahead.

Do you know about the rampart cheating that happens in KPK?? That's why you have those kinda scores, put a punjab boards average student against any kpk board toper, you will be shocked to see the results, there was guy from peshawar in our class(11th grade) he had above 950 marks in matric and that fool could not even read english properly, don't know why he even came to pindi in the first place. but there is one hella cheating in board exams there.
