Ceding more space to army may harm democracy: opposition

So what's the feudal mindset if NS sought good relationships with Afghanistan-India and Iran?

BTW I am surprised that this statement came from a PTI representative
His mindset is Punjab only, although in fairness NS isnt the feaudal as much as a self serving businessman. He is however, endowed with a hint of sincerity to Pakistan that Asif Zardari lacked.
The feudal mindset is the rest of the N-league; the pitiful MPA's and MNA's that the sharif's look to keep their power consolidated. Most of N-league's political force is composed of self serving scum that is a mixture of bigotry and criminal mindset.

See that's my point. You should stop seeing anything in connection to India. India-Afghan relationship is the product of Pakistan's intervention in Afghanistan. Now you would link Pakistan-Afghan relationship to Afghan-India relationship, you'll never gonna go beyond the ABC. So yes you can keep working against so called "Indian interests" in Afghanistan but that's only gonna help India's cause more. So now you see Indians financing dams, then you'll see even more closer partnership. So it takes more than a gun to see things clearly. Pakistan has already done herself more damage by intervening and bringing Afghanistan and India closer. You can start normalizing the relationships or you can keep fueling the border to be hotter than ever before.
On Iran, I rather see ISPR delibraterly sabotaging the Iranian president's visit. So Bajwa tweeting before a joint statement drafted left the Army high and dry. It also forced Iranian President to categorically slap the installed journos by saying that Iran couldn't place Pakistan before India. So what did ISPR gain? Nobody in the whole world has put even a def ear to Kubashan Jhadav. Army by trying to sell something which they can't rather spoiled the whole curry. NS's attempt to reap peace dividends was left high and dry.
Even the use of phrase "Foreign policy against Iran,Afghanistan and India" shows how you see the foreign policy.

What Nawaz sharif attempts? Care to mention ?

To do diplomacy A- You should have a big enough economy B- You should have big enough heart to accept the ground realities . we if our diplomats run upside down, we can't stop India from NSG, the only country that stands between India and NSG now is China.

As far as I remember, NS adopted a total bend over backward policy towards india where Manohar Paraker were threatning Pakistan every now and then. NS went to afghanistan, their establishment derailed serious efforts for peace talks by leaking Mullah umar death news. Then there was Iran, that to he went with General raheel sharif. Tell me one thing he did sincerely to build a pakistani narrative across america or Europe ?

I remember Javed chohdhary article, How in 2013 in turkey, Then Afghan Karzai was accusing Pakistan blatantly and NAwaz sharif was listening quietly of his accusations and it was Zaheer ul islam who defended passionately. If this is the level of skills of Foreign minister Nawaz Sharif, then why do you still think Army shouldnot inter fer in foreign policy matters ?

Yeah right. 1971, Kargil, Siachen are glaring examples of military's competence. It's the military that needs to start doing its GODDAMN job.
1971 your political leadership screwed it up, it was bhutto that was responsible for that.

Siachin : we still hold priority positions till this day

Kargil : a master plan again screwed up by politicians....

So kiddo next time you open your mouth read something beforehand... Unless you want to embarrass yourself any further..

Kargil : a master plan again screwed up by politicians....

What gave General Musharraf the legal authority to launch the operation? No matter how brilliant, illegal acts remain illegal and hence punishable by law.

You do know that NS knew about the Kargil plan & was even attendee on the meetings before it actually took place?

If you actually have no idea about the warfare & strategic importance of several location it is better to stay in the class room & Learn Vedic Interstellar technique... that might actually help you instead of being a lost chicken in a defense forum.

But at the same time in Pakistan, such elements roam unchecked but rather backed.

 here comes the PTI delusion group chief.

Here comes the moronic slave group.

Name me a single initiative taken by the Federal Government in regards to diplomacy or security? While the Army Chief is forced to engage in Diplomacy and devising a Security Plan, our Hon Ministers are practically doing nothing. Tell me, how's the implementation of NAP coming along? While the Army has completed all of the reforms that were required, name me a single reform that has been initiated by our Civilian Agencies?

While Modi is showing us what diplomacy means by mingling with other Statesman, our Prime Minister prefers to go to New York and have Naan Pai at a Local Pakistani Restaurant with his Chamchays who are all singing his praises.

Check and a Mate Son

Uncle jee Modi's on the global radar ever since he has been elected and Indians are not psychopaths like you and your band of research and development garbage here. Now rather than getting an ars burn on their achievements , get out of 6th grade Pakistan history stuff and try using your brains for a split second. Baqi Randi rona is your and your band's hallmark and no one gives a rat's ars to that and changes nothing
Next time I hope you and your band will ask COAS to shoot down a US drone upon invading Pakistan.

Are you saying that the elected PM of the country ordered the COAS to conduct Kargil? Being forced to sit in a meeting would not imply legal backing.

This same Raheel Shareef scuttled Nawaz's foreign policy regarding policy in his early days. Now he can't bitch about the civilian government not doing anything on the diplomatic front.

Nawaz is justified in not having a foreign minister because the military won't let him devise any policy whatsoever.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:
You got all this from Zaid Lal Topi or some pathetic boot licker anchor like Shahid Masood or some retired military officer like Air Marshall Shahid Lateef.:rofl::rofl:

Nice twisting... However it goes like this, COAS made the plan showed it to the PM he OK'D it... And when army went into action the said PM chikned out.

As India's diplomatic and economic clout is increasing, the jingoists are in for some depressive disorder.

Though people like me who are not overly patriotic and jingoist are concerned by this but we see no security problems due to the nuclear deterrent.

However, this would be an altogether different ball game for the Army fanboys who would suffer from tamper tantrums and will hold responsible civilians and democracy.
