Turkey is a terrorist sponsor state which is evidenced by the ISIS and Uighur terrorist. This is nothing new but it is good to let the world know that we have evidence of Turkey as a terrorist state. It also make it easier to support the Kurd in their fight for freedom.

China should start soft punishing Turkey: Issue a travel ban. This will not only stop Chinese tourism in Turkey, but also has an affect region-wide. People will reshuffle their travel plans.

Tourism's share is only %2 among whole economy and chinese tourist's share is % 0,0001. Literally there is no chinese tourism in Turkey.

China should put sanctions on Turkey as soon as possible.

What sanctions you talking about? What china has to do? Due to trade agreements Turkey don't rise it's taxes over chinese imports so it's more beneficial you to stop export cheap stuff ( which is it harms you more ) and we can boost domestic production even more.
