I cant just ban him for no reason. If he goes over the limit he gets infraction points and if they add up to 3 he gets a ban. The same applies to everyone else. So far he has been holding himself back and I can see a positive change compared to previous months.

After neptunes moderation, it became very clear that it is probably the most ungratefull job out there. You simply cannot please everyone. All İ see is people whining about how bad the moderation is.

But the truth is that not the moderation is bad, but rather that the moderator is not doing what pleases them.
