Assume you are 180 cm and 78 kg and
capable doing 100 push-ups without pause and can run 5 km under 30 minutes you could be proud and are real fit.
A bit basics of Win- Tsung and you are prepared for most what could happen.
I began with 14 years Volleyball, later wrestling, then boxing.
I learned that power is not all, mental strength (
forgetting pain) and breath for long running and defensive combat techniques is a must ,
my opponents were sometimes bodybuilders and if they have had the chance they would possibly broke my bones,
but most time after 3-4 minutes real action their muscles were frozen.
The right dosage and mix of muscle building, stretching, running and your favorite combat sport is the optimum.
Of course it depends on age.
