Causes and solution of nightmare

How about just lay off the fatty and acidic food along with regular exercise. All nightmares will stop.
Essentially, the stomach has influence on our brain and vice versa. Stress in the day leads to an uneasy stomach at night, which influences nightmares.

I do write some of my dreams by sending a private message to somebody on PDF or a text message to myself when I feel its worth it...

The problem is if lets say I have been seeing dreams since 1st of January 2016, it means I have been seeing dreams for 330 days and in average I see at least 2-3 dreams per night.. lets say its 660 dreams in 1 year...

I could write the whole book with the number of dreams I have had :rofl:
How do you remember all your dreams? I barely remember mine and only those which I have only a few minutes prior to waking up. Please tell me if you ever had sleep paralysis? Like you sensed strong scary presence around you but couldn't move?

Try this will make you super fat ........BTW most SSRI's make you gain weight , how in the world is Lexapro making you lose it?

if online reviews are anything to go by, escitalopram is better. I've been on it on and off for 2 years, it simply works. i'm happy being thin and losing muscle which i didn't have anyway. :lol:

I have been on SSRI's all my life lol but became regular for past 7 years and man do they wreak havoc on your health. Once they start putting weight on you it's really hard to shed since they slow down your body metabolism. BTW how are you using them on and off, don't they have withdrawal effects?

Body is framework of Chemical processes , your brain is a processor that takes in Chemicals and , various processes take place inside that Tool.

If your body has uneven % of Chemicals , then you start to get nightmares.

The nightmares are a mechanism (self defence mechanism) which enforces you pay attention to your well being.
There is no meaning to your Dreams as Dreams are mere collection of your Thoughts before you slept or images or stories you were reading or recently were worried about.

Deep Sleep = Good , you see dream that are relaxing you wake up fresh in morning
Nightmares = Bad , sign something is chemically not correct in your body


Do a Blood test before you start fasting get readings

So , do a full fledge Fast Session 7 days laying off (Oil , Fatty food) , only eat Raw vegetables / Boiled chicken and fresh juice (provided you don't have issue with Diabetes)

See how after 7 days the process changes or if you sleep well the moment your chemical balance will be restored you will sleep as if nothing happened.

After 30-40 Days on Adjusted food diet , do second blood test compare it to normal level charts or get Doctor to explain to you the meaning of the ratios (Not sure how doctors in Pakistan handle this)


Good Habbits: Aim for 7 Day Flush

Rule 1: Fresh Vegetable 3-4 times a day , 1-2 Fresh fruit eaten 3 times. You can eat small wheat
bread. Not made from white flour. Small quantity of boiled chicken in Dinner time or plain
tandoori chicken with no heavy masala. Just little sald and pinch of spice
Rule 2: Drink lots of water or Small cup of Milk if needed
Rule 3: Cut off Sugar (zilch) no Pepsi , coke
Rule 4: Cut off Oil , Chips , Burgers , Fattie KFC , Pizza
Rule 5: Eat Last meal by 6pm or 7pm , take a small snack (Apple if really hungry at night)
Rule 6: You can try fibre rich cereal in morning (if needed not that sugary stuff commonly found)

  • You can drink small sugar cane drink if you don't suffer from sugar or other fresh sqeeze juice mixture 3 fruit for natural Sugar not that artificial stuff sold in markets. Just make sure you tell vendor don't put artificial stuff into drink (remember small small glass)
Get all the garbage processed GMO stuff out of your system

Repeat 7 Days

Normally after the 7th day body chemicals start to fall naturally and self adjust , abnormal levels become close to nromal levels of acceptance and thus the internal warning signal in body is turned off, which you call nightmares

Track your Dream habbits , hopefully by 3-4 days you should start to see changes

one month of medication (28 tablets) and then 11 months of chill. :D
when withdrawal effects start kicking in i resume. :enjoy:

I really don't think its got too much to do with my food intake as I am consistently eating salad from subway during lunch and something less oily in the dinner to lose some weight

Can you imagine I had 4 dreams tonight, I was able to remember all dreams for few minutes and now can't recall any of them. All I remember is, I woke up around 10pm, 11:30pm, 2am and 7am seeing a dream. Its so painful at times when the film of dreams never comes to an end. After months I was able to sleep around 8pm and woke up on the above mentioned times due to nightmare or nonsensical dreams

I am going to book an appointment with the GP once again and see what she has to say about it...

Then i realized i didn't go for a walk i was supposed to go. Anyways it was 3am i went outside, did some push ups and other exercises. After that i went to sleep and had a lovely one.

So i will also recommend exercise package depending on calories intake.

Besides that sir i want to know do you have a pet??

Then I woke up and the next dream I saw was a small puppy.. who is supppsedly belong to one of my relative but I fed him and he startee following me everywhere... He is just not leaving me alone... lol
