Good Habbits: Aim for 7 Day Flush
Rule 1: Fresh Vegetable 3-4 times a day , 1-2 Fresh fruit eaten 3 times. You can eat small wheat
bread. Not made from white flour. Small quantity of boiled chicken in Dinner time or plain
tandoori chicken with no heavy masala. Just little sald and pinch of spice
Rule 2: Drink lots of water or Small cup of Milk if needed
Rule 3: Cut off Sugar (zilch) no Pepsi , coke
Rule 4: Cut off Oil , Chips , Burgers , Fattie KFC , Pizza
Rule 5: Eat Last meal by 6pm or 7pm , take a small snack (Apple if really hungry at night)
Rule 6: You can try fibre rich cereal in morning (if needed not that sugary stuff commonly found)
- You can drink small sugar cane drink if you don't suffer from sugar or other fresh sqeeze juice mixture 3 fruit for natural Sugar not that artificial stuff sold in markets. Just make sure you tell vendor don't put artificial stuff into drink (remember small small glass)
Get all the garbage processed GMO stuff out of your system
