Castro : China's growing economic power in the world a "bitter drink" for the West

Why listen to Communist? After WWII the U.S. was half the economy of the entire planet. It would have been easy to keep it that way, but the past sixty years are proof positive that America preferred to grow the pie rather than hog it.

Mr. Zhou's views are sensible; China's growth and policy simply don't have the import that Castro and Communist attach to them. Zhou wants to re-issue the Special Drawing Right, a central bank currency developed in the 70s which later fell into disuse.

Your American empire should seek help from India not China because Indian PM says Indian economy is stronger than that of China.

Does the farmer seek help from the wheat he harvests, wheat which can only propagate through the farmer's efforts? Both the wheat and the farmer benefit from their relationship; each "helps" the other.

Right now it is in China's interest that it move in the direction of asserting itself as a capital power. Too quickly, and the world markets will have such a collapse as to make today's trevail seem like just a flutter. Too slowly and the U.S. must issue monstrous amounts of debt that will skew China's economy towards excessive dependence upon exports - that's where we are now. Reviving the SDR, especially if accompanied by the issuance of renminbi-denominated debt (for road building, housing, utilities, etc.), can go a long way towards balancing things.
