National sex ratio of india is 933/1000(2001 census)

Except for Punjab and Hariyana, which are smaller state both in population and size ,rest of the states are above 900/1000.
So don't make baseless claims and make nonsensical statement on top of that.

Someone talked about the gender inequality in india, guess what my frined, female feticide has been a part of subcontinent culture, and here are the stats as they stood in 2009:

China: 1.06males/1female which translates to = 943 females for every 1000 males

Pakistan: 1.04males/1female, which translates to = 961 females for every 1000 males

India: 1.06males/1female, which is similar to that of china.

Coming to the topic at hand, so what if eunuchs have been recruited by the IA or there was a proposal to recruit them, are they not a part of our societies, alteast we are able to recognize them and get them into the mainstreem, atleast we are not trying to behave as if they are not a part of the society or they are of no use. And more importantly they are human just like any of us, so what if they behave in a certain way or are attracted to same sex and are homosexual, which ideally should have been left as a private matter but then since we cant keep off from others matters we all made sure they became outcasts and we talk about equality for all.

Anyways this will not be the first time in india that an aunuch will be playing an important role in our society, and I am much proud of the fact that we indians have it in us to take them to the top, and these people have proved they are any day more honest to their work than a woman or a man has been, atleast they don’t have double standards as is seen in this thread.

ARMY chiefs have hired a band of soldiers but are still lacking some privates — because they are all EUNUCHS.

It wouldn't make a difference, the ones guarding the border now have no balls anyways, and since when do bullets differentiate between men and "not so very men".

Inequalities and discrimination exist in every country. But every Indian citizen is equal as per our constitution. Contrast that with many other countries where the constitution openly discriminates against people of minority religions and beliefs.
