Yes I guess. Mine is Lumia 535.
But that is only preview right! Final should be available to all h handsets including 512 MB RAM.

Lumia 520 & older 512 MB RAM would not be get update.
First Microsoft said that they would launch Mobile version along PC version in summer, now they are saying that mobile version got delayed.

In that case, my mobile is supported. I am also waiting for Windows 10 for PC and phones.

We don't have a windows app. We will look to improve our mobile version, but it seems for now you have to improve your browser.
