J&K has Jammu, Leh and Ladakh too, they don't want Azadi, along with Kashmiri Pandits and some pious Muslims they want to be part of Indian Dominion.

the places u mentioned were all parts of the single state.i.e.Jamu and Kashmir.So they have to be treated together.hold a plebiscite there.Let majority decide the fate of J and K

Err- Azad Kashmir, Gilbit-Baltistan too are part of state J & K. Read UN Resolutions, you'll come to know how and who has to initiate it's process. It's not India who has too.
