I don't agree that people get ripped off every time they go to a new city. As for rangers operation i think thats the reason i had over-expectations.

My dear bro. I travel a lot. Trust me every time I enter a new city on day one I get ripped of at least once then from day 2 I get to know the lay of the land.

My arguement is that they are far superior and cohesive to us. They have their squabbles and differences no doubt. But compared to Muslims there is absolutely no comparison.

Where have you been traveling? I spent 3 months traveling around East Asia back in 2007, and not once did we get ripped off. I have never been ripped off in Pakistan either prior to my last visit either.

Done most of north Africa and Tanzania Kenya zanzibar. A lot of Europe. In Asia done India Bangladesh Sri Lanka Nepal Philippine Thailand malaysia I could go on and on but you get the picture. I am glad you had good experiences. May you do time to have good experiences. Inshallah Pakistan is getting better. Now we have Uber and Careem and the taxi drivers are crying. We need better hotels

Thats an impressive list mate, and you got ripped off in all of those places? This was my first experience of being ripped off. I have only been to these countries

Yes bro...it happens on simple things like a taxi ride or first night at hotels if I haven't booked using booking.com or something. But the amounts are insignificant. They matter to the locals but it doenst make a dent in my pocket. So all in all I forget the negatives and focus on the positive in these places. Alhamdulillah I have always met great people on my travels. I m most blessed
