Basically, people do not agree with Russia's use of military means to attack, but also opposes NATO's expansion into Russia. The fact is contrary to what you think. There are 233 countries in the world, but only more than 30 countries support Ukraine and NATO. I mean, only NATO countries and Japan support the sanctions against Russia, while other countries, including China, Brazil, India, Mexico, Vietnam and all African countries, do not support&participate in the sanctions. Western media do have a big voice, but the world behind the voice has changed.

If the Canadian Embassy supports Ukraine in English, it is only showing its attitude to the world, which is understandable. But now the Canadian Embassy supports Ukraine in Chinese language, which means Canada is shouting to the Chinese that they support Ukraine. Canadians clearly know that China is a neutral country. One of the reasons Canada is hotly pro Ukraine is a very large Ukrainian population mostly in the middle section of the country (framers in grain regions of Canada). This is a very influential population and lobby for Ukraine in every issue. ..Canadians are much better informed than Americans especially in the French speaking region of Quebec. But Yes Canada is a NATO member and has a very powerful pro Israel lobby just like US.
