Do you think it is possible for Vietnam to Co-ordinate with Russia and the US at the same time dealing with SCS issue at vietnam seaport. also It seem like China using SCS problem to reunited Taiwan peacefully.

Seriously I don't care about democracy, socialism or communism. There are always those in power, regardless of the regime. Some might fall, but most stay. I am not talking about the people appear on TV, but those controlling from the shadow. So whatever works for VN, I am all for it. However, if re-talking Paracel and Spratly means VN has to sacrifice its independence, then whoever take that offer have a lot to answer for
