How much high speed railway Turkey has right now? I can't find it.
The Turkish Railways (TCDD) said it's on track of the 2023 goal, I doubt it.

That makes sense. High speed railway is quite expensive, double or triple price of low speed.

Turkey, as well as China are very mountainous, it need huge amount of bridges and tunnels. Those are not cheap project at all.
