Again, no one has said Pakistan is a super power or aspiring to become one. The concept of super power in 21st century is obselete anyway.

Now do you have something susbstantial to add to the topic at hand?

That is: Why do you think Turkey is not a regional power or why could it not become a great power in the coming decades?

No.we lack the resources,population,economy etc.
There is only one super power(USA) and one potential super power(China),the rest lacks at least one of the requiered credentials.

If you are getting your information from globalfirepower, then I can tell you that they are not updated.
Turkey has 27 frigates, and you're right about them not being destroyer class, I guess to be destroyer class they must surpass 7.000 tonnes. Turkish frigates are though not light frigates as you state. Additionally, Turkey has own indigenous ongoing frigate and submarine projects.
Can you name them?it has only 16(meko s and ohp's),if you have other numbers provide them.

A 2.7 billion dollar submarine project, completion date will be 2023 (Turkish Republic's 100th years anniversary):

There are multiple Turkish frigate programmes,
TF-2000 class frigate which will be destroyer class I guess:

TCG Istanbul, will be on shores in 2021:

There are more projects, most of which are part of MILGEM:

And ofcourse the TCG-Anadolu project which will be our pride:

Can you name them?it has only 16(meko s and ohp's),if you have other numbers provide them.

EDIT: I realized some of the frigates listed above are decommissioned.
