Can Pakistan legally shoot down U.S. drones?

legally yes,
But neither has strength and courage to do so, Pak economy is on the mercy of US. If US stops financial aid to pak then I dont think pakistan can survive.
US has destroyed Pak economically.

The Peshawar High Court has ordered that drone strikes are illegal and in the written order, has ordered Army/Govt to shoot them down.

Judges have to follow the Law given to them. But Last i checked people of FATA dont want pakistani Laws.

Legally speaking and reality are two different thing in this case . the PAF can hardly afford to antagonize the one superpower in the world , not to mention an embargo on Pakistan will hurt the military the most .

Pakistan should take a stand on it or elect leaders who do.

Innocents get killed in a drone strike - even if the targeted person is an extremist this is not the way to eliminate him when there is a rule of law, police and a court to pass judgement on his crimes.

Terrorists killed in a military action is different because the army shoots at someone who is fighting back - but thats not the case in a drone strike - you are eliminating people based on suspicion only. It's pure murder.
