because those who attacked on 26/11 were Non state actors but those who attacked srilankan team were RAW agents so no use of sending any dossier. We have our own way of dealing with things. Thats why we just bailed India out because as a wise man said "revenge is a dish best served cold".

We have been hosting SAF Games since 1984. Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal are participants of South Asian games.
