The service model is not the issue. US and UK offshored their less productive work to India. It made sense in pre-China world. But now it is a direct threat to their sovereignty. Suggest you research how far the startup eco system, p.e investment etc have come up.
The companies you have listed and similar ones I'd dare guess are may be 50% rote coding etc but the amount of incubation they do is unmatched.
