Can india afford to run INS Vikramaditya?????? Asks a country which once said "We shall eat grass but will make Nuke" What is your bloody problem if we can afford or not? It is not based on any US Aid, so you need not to worry that your aids would be cut... We were operating 2 AC's when we were not economically strong..... we are better off now....
