This a special force of the State police called 'Force 1', raised post 26/11.
You could call them a local SWAT team.

i think regional Quick Response Teams of mumbai police is the force one

these uniforms are different to the army camo the men are wearing in my above post, so are they the same unit and is there a particular reason why they are wering a different camo if they are Force one?

Quick Response Team (QRT) commandos who were conducting Mock drills .

To up load pictures go to ImageShack® - Online Media Hosting
use the browse option to select the pick you want to up load and click"Upload"
you will then get a few codes , copy the code that says "all forum "
and click the insert image button and paste code and click ok
your photo will be uploaded

These are men from QRT of Mumbai police. This is an old special branch of mumbai police. They were originally formed to guard VIP areas and Mantralaya in Mumbai. Before 26/11, they were one of the few teams equipped with AKs and INSAS.

After 26/11, the mandate of QRT has been changed and the force has been transformed into a potent anti-terror force. It is separate from Force One.

It should be noted that during 26/11, QRT was not released from its deployment (VIP) area in time.
