If our economy recovers as we expect, we'll hold dominance as everything stems from that. It enables our "soft-power" which, in turn, enables treaties world-wide that give us the basing rights (both real and contingent) to stay on the road.

Russian pilots are good in dogfighting but I doubt they can defeay US in BVR its not like I don't want to see the win but I doubt they can atleast in the near future.
