Those photos that you have posted are not even related with each other. Only the pictures from Iraq and Syria. The second picture from Baghdad is moreover simple pollution.

The ancient city of Sana'a (one of the oldest cities in the world and a World UNESCO Heritage Site) is more or less 100% intact. Baghdad too has not really been hit hard since 2003. The First Gulf War (1991) was much worse than 2003.

The vast majority of Libyan cities are intact too. Only a few handful have been targeted by war.

Syria is by FAR the worst hit country.

Everything can be rebuilt too for the better. Even the ancient Arab/Semitic artifacts can be rebuilt.
