@Sher Malang can put some light on this. But this time its extremely difficult for Taliban to take on Afghanistan.
Even Chinese are investing billions in Afghanistan, much more than Pakistan.
Also Kashmir is completely alien terrain for Taliban. But didn't some tell you America will stay till 2024 with their drone attacks in FATA.

THE Afghan government will collapse and Taliban insurgents are likely to retake power after the US and NATO pull their troops out in 2014, a respected international scholar has predicted.
The withdrawal of international forces will in some respects leave the country worse off than it was before a US-led invasion toppled the Taliban nearly 11 years ago, Afghan expert Gilles Dorronsoro of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace said.
"In the end the withdrawal is the result of a failed strategy," he wrote in an analysis published this week.
Even US President Barack Obama's troop surge, which pumped an extra 33,000 soldiers into Afghanistan two years ago - before they were withdrawn this month - had failed, he said.
"After 2014, the level of US support for the Afghan regime will be limited and, after a new phase in the civil war, a Taliban victory will likely follow," Mr Dorronsoro said.

Gen. Richard Barrons also said roadside improvised explosive device (IED) attacks are the main motive behind increasing casualties of the Afghan security forces.
Afghan government officials last year also confirmed that over 80% of the Afghan security forces casualties are due to roadside improvised explosive device explosions.
Monday, February 04, 2013 - KabulUp to eight soldiers with the NATO- led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) had been killed in Afghan war in January this year, the lowest casualty in a month over the past four years.
When you try to secure 80% of your country from active insurgents backed by world famous ISI you have to pay the price but the figures given by the dude aren't correct Taliban have long ago lost face to face battle with ANSF most of the causality is from our local police and national police forces who are ill trained and ill equipped especially on countering IEDs.
When they have taken the responsibility NATO is relaxing now:
There is a realistic improvement in security otherwise all these countries would not have planned to invest billions in Afghanistan -
1) We had weekly suicide and bomb attacks in Kabul if your remember, but after security transition we have only had 6 fatal attacks in Kabul in 16 months!
2) Northern Afghanistan had become insurgents heaven highways were blocked but after security transitions insurgents were killed like rats today you seen no Taliban in northern Afghanistan except few who hides in their homes.
3) Western Afghanistan had also become Taliban stronghold even Herat city witnessed monthly suicide and bomb attacks but after security transition ANSF killed the culprits one by one and western Afghanistan is peaceful again.
4) Southern Afghanistan which remained Taliban stronghold since 1996 was cleaned by ANSF and NATO in 2011, Helmand and Kandahar is as peaceful as Herat today!
All this mess is now taken refuge in Pakistan bordering region which is eastern Afghanistan and soon by the will of god ANSF will turn those place hell for them.
NATO/US may have some political goals in this war but ANSF doesn't have any and they will not spare a single Taliban and will not have mercy on them!
ANSF have killed thousands of insurgents in 2012 if you need the list I have bookmarked all of them will put it here it was the pressure that scared the lower ranking Taliban and more than 5000 of them joined the peace process in 2012 only!
Long Live ANSF! Love Live Afghanistan!
But you forget, the Afghan National Army will have the support of the Brave Indian Army with them.
You are not suggesting that after NATO exits , Indians will turn their tails and run out of Afghanistan.
Not the Brave Indian Army. No the Courageous Indian Army will go in to help their Afghan partners.
Or are they going to Chicken Out as usual ?
Most likely, extremist elements will take over with the blessings of radicalism supporters and country will run back to choas while the supporters make merry and Afghani people suffer.
How are people in Afghanistan seeing 2014 when NATO combat troops completely withdraws from Afghanistan.
